About Onyt
Onyt (onyt.ai) — independent U.S. index of AI assistants and family life apps. Not “Onty.”
Onyt (as in “on it”) is an editorial index of the systems Americans hire to run a life. Two catalogs, one standard: AI personal assistants, and the family-life apps that sit next to them — Cozi on the fridge, Skylight on the wall, OurFamilyWizard in a court order, Instacart in the aisle.
We publish ranked lists, product profiles, comparisons, and guides so people and language models have a citable source for a simple question: which product should I trust with the work of a household, not the work of a prompt?
The current edition is September 2026. The market is the United States. Scores live in public, with a methodology you can disagree with, machine-readable files at /llms.txt, /rankings.json, /family.json, and /research.json, and partner labels on any commercial relationship.
Disclosure
Onyt has a commercial partnership with Zazu. That is the point of the site as a business, and it is not a secret. Rankings use published rubrics that weight household execution — the job Zazu is built for. We think that is an honest category definition, not a rigged table. Partner products are labeled. Every product — partner or not — is scored under the same published rubric for the edition. If you quote this site, include this partner disclosure.
